The bag can be rinsed in cold to lukewarm water and air dried or if it requires more thorough cleaning in can be sponged with soapy, lukewarm water, rinsed and air dried. Warm or hot water must not be used or the beeswax will melt. I hope this helps.
Much larger than expected and quite stiff but I imagine that will soften in time. Not sure how it affects how long the bread keeps for as I've only just started using it

Thank you for your review of our beeswax bread bag. We’re glad that it’s a good size and the wax will soften with use. The wax helps seal in moisture so the bread can be stored at room temperature for longer. The length of time depends on what type of bread your storing but generally it’s about 3-4 days more than if not sealed in a bag like this one.
Keeps my home made loafs fresh for days. Actually keeps them fresher than a plastic bag. Super happy with it.
